Abboud Systems LLC (“Abboud Systems,” “we,” “us”) is a software company based in Peoria, Illinois. This policy covers abboudsystems.com. Questions can be sent to jabboudai@gmail.com.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, business name, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in, your message, and, if you book a call, your chosen date and time and your time zone.
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores one small setting on your own device, your light or dark theme preference, which is never sent to us.
We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
We use a small number of providers to run this site: Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (domain and network delivery), Resend (delivering form emails to us), and Google Calendar and Google Meet (scheduling calls). They process your information only so these services work.
This website connects to Google Calendar using the business owner’s own Google account. That connection is used only to check the owner’s availability and to create the call you book, which adds you as a guest. We never ask visitors to sign in with Google and never access visitors’ Google accounts. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including its Limited Use requirements.
Inquiries and calendar events stay in our email and calendar for as long as they’re useful for working with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing jabboudai@gmail.com.
If this policy changes, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
